Ticket Reservations and Purchase Policies

By using our online ticketing service, you have agreed to and will Comply with the following conditions:

Please pick up at the ticket office at the venue on show date, at least 1 hour prior to show time.

Present your photo ID card/ Passport and your actual card of this transaction to our staff to collect your ticket(s). We would like to review the further documents and will not allow temporary ticket pickup if we have any question about your order purchased.
If someone else will pick up your ticket on your behalf, you must provide:

A copy of the confirmation email singed by you (the card holder) and authorized person.

Siam Show Entertainment Co.,Ltd (Siam Dragon Cabaret Show) hold the full right of upgrading ticket. Tickets can be upgraded for the higher price only. Customers who want to upgrade ticket required to present the purchased ticket to Siam Dragon Cabaret Show staff before 3 hours of the showtime.
Siam Dragon Cabaret Show will not be held liable for any loss or damage of Tickets resulting from abuse or negligence on the part of our customers.
Once payment for tickets is made, no refunds or cancellation will be allowed.
For ticket upgrades to higher price range and or change seats, customers should present the original ticket 3 hours before the show originally booked. Otherwise, no upgrade will be permissible. Requests for exchanges to tickets of lesser value will not be allowed.
In the case of show cancellations, customers can receive refunds from Ticket room upon presentation of their original ticket stub ONLY. No refund can be given without the original ticket stubs.

The transfer service that out company prepares is safe and convenient for travelling between hotels in downtown of Chiang Mai and The Siam Dragon Show, And the service car commonly pick other passengers up, so you are gathered with other passengers at a price of 150THB per person. To take advantage of this service, please telephone Reservations at least one day in advance of your selected show date to arrange it.
If you would like the transfer service for out of town areas, please contact staff to ask about more additional prices. - Child who is height no more than 100CM, get free of charge, but please sit on their parent’s lap.
